The Pool Brokers Association of America is based in Arizona. Our founders are Brett Scott and Mike Bollinger.

Brett Scott is a career IT professional with over 20 years of experience. Brett was responsible for the design and development of this exchange. Utilizing Mike Bollinger as a subject matter expert, Brett and Mike worked together to ensure the design of the software met the most urgent needs of the pool service professional industry. Brett is responsible for the day to day operations of this exchange. He and the staff also manage the communications and related research.

Mike Bollinger is a pool service business owner with a proven track record of success. He is responsible for the continued improvement of this exchange and its functionality.
